JFKapnek Trust

Since 1981, The J.F. Kapnek Trust has played an innovative and leading role in promoting excellence in health, education and research in Zimbabwe. In keeping with the vision of its founder, James F. Kapnek, the Trust has maintained its original focus while also adapting to the impact of HIV/AIDS and the changing needs of the people of Zimbabwe.

The Pediatric AIDS Fund, the primary focus of the Trust's work in Zimbabwe, includes several interrelated, collaborative projects that directly affect the lives of women, children and communities impacted by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. From the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) to developing community-based preschools and resources for early childhood development, The J.F. Kapnek Trust is a leader in supporting families and communities in the fight against AIDS and its related challenges in Zimbabwe.
